What does the price include?
The price covers the piece against the MOQ shown, in-house quality inspection before packing, export-grade packing, and inland freight to the named China port. International freight, customs clearance, duties and taxes are quoted separately.
Can the finish, size or bulb type be changed?
Yes. Sizes, finishes, drop lengths and light sources are made to order. Send the specification and we will confirm what can be changed and what it changes about the lead time.
How long is the lead time?
Lead time is quoted per order because it depends on quantity, finish and whether new tooling is needed. Production slots are confirmed against a deposit rather than held from enquiry.
Is certification documentation available?
Certification documentation can be arranged per order and destination market.
Is the glass shade replaceable?
Yes. The shade is a separate component, so a damaged unit can be reordered on its own rather than replacing the whole fitting.
