Retail orders have no minimum — order 1 unit at the discounted price. Every product shows its own minimum order quantity (MOQ) on the product card; add at least that many to order. Custom OEM orders start at 20 pieces or USD 5,000 total, whichever is greater.

Yes. Samples are charged at 1.3× the discounted price to cover the manual build cost. If you place a bulk order of 5 or more units within 90 days, the sample price is credited against that order — effectively a free sample. Return shipping on a refunded sample is paid by the buyer.

Prices include delivery to your designated China port. International freight, customs clearance, duties and other taxes are not included — at checkout you can ask us to quote them, or arrange your own freight forwarder.

T/T bank transfer is most common. Orders up to USD 5,000: 100% upfront. USD 5,000–50,000: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. Above USD 50,000: 30/60/10 (deposit / against bill of lading copy / retention). L/C at sight is available for orders above USD 50,000, and Stripe or PayPal for orders up to USD 20,000.

No. Every product already shows its discounted order price — there are no hidden tiers or members-only rates. The MOQ shown on the product card is the only condition.

Samples ship in 5–7 working days from payment clearance. Bulk production takes 20–45 working days depending on quantity and finish. Large OEM or project orders run 45–75 working days.

Tell us the date you need the fixtures on site and we will confirm whether the schedule is realistic before you order. We would rather decline a deadline we cannot meet than agree to one and miss it.

Yes. We work under NDA, develop custom designs from your sketches or specifications, prototype, mass-produce and ship worldwide under your brand.

Warranty terms are confirmed by product. Most products are covered for 1–2 years from delivery, depending on the fixture and configuration. Coverage for manufacturing defects and exclusions are confirmed in your order documentation.

Standard stock products can be returned within 30 days in original packaging and undamaged. Custom and OEM orders are not eligible for return. Samples are refundable within 14 days of delivery if paid. Warranty coverage for defective goods is confirmed by product and order documentation. Change of mind carries a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Full details are on the returns policy page.

Yes — we ship to 11 countries. Our prices cover delivery to your designated China port; for international freight, customs and duties you can either use your own forwarder or select “quote freight & customs for me” at checkout and we will arrange and confirm the total with you.
