The crystalline glaze is fired and therefore varies slightly from piece to piece, and brass darkens with handling before it settles. We confirm the finish against your order.

What does the price include?
The price covers the piece against the MOQ shown, in-house quality inspection before packing, export-grade packing, and inland freight to the named China port. International freight, customs clearance, duties and taxes are quoted separately.
Can the finish, size or bulb type be changed?
Yes. Sizes, finishes, drop lengths and light sources are made to order. Send the specification and we will confirm what can be changed and what it changes about the lead time.
How long is the lead time?
Lead time is quoted per order because it depends on quantity, finish and whether new tooling is needed. Production slots are confirmed against a deposit rather than held from enquiry.
Is certification documentation available?
Certification documentation can be arranged per order and destination market.
Is the shade replaceable if it is damaged?
Yes. The shade is a separate component and can be reordered on its own, so a single breakage does not require replacing the full lamp.
