Two vertical alabaster shades set either side of a slim brass spine. Each shade is lit independently, so the fitting gives roughly twice the light of a single-shade sconce while keeping the same narrow footprint on the wall. For a guest room bedhead that is usually exactly the balance wanted: enough light to read by, without a wide fitting crowding the headboard.
The rounded, pill-like form is deliberately soft. There are no corners and no visible fixings, so the fitting reads as two glowing stones rather than as hardware.
Where It Works Best
- Guest room bedheads — two shades give a wider, more even reading light.
- Corridor walls — spaced at wider centres than a single-shade sconce would allow.
- Bathroom mirror walls — light from both sides of the face, without shadow.
- Restaurant and bar walls — a warm double glow at seating height.

Two Shades, One Fitting
A double sconce is not simply a single one made wider. The two shades throw light in slightly different directions, which softens the wall and reduces the hard shadow a single source leaves behind a headboard or a mirror. If you are replacing single sconces with these, the spacing along the wall can usually be widened, which reduces the total fitting count.
Each shade is on its own circuit inside the fitting, so both are controlled together but neither over-drives the other. On a dimmer they drop to a genuine glow rather than cutting out.

Ordering & FAQ
What does the price include?
The price covers the fitting itself, in-house quality inspection before packing, export-grade packing, and inland freight to your named China port. International freight, customs clearance, import duties and taxes are quoted separately, so you can use your own forwarder if you prefer.
Can the finish, size or bulb type be changed?
Yes. These are made to order, so the metal finish, shade size and socket type can all be adjusted. Send us the specification you need and we will confirm feasibility, MOQ and price before you commit.
How long is the lead time?
Lead time is confirmed per order rather than quoted as a blanket figure, because it depends on quantity, finish and whether any part of the design is customised. We put it in writing before you place the order.
Is certification documentation available?
Certification documentation can be arranged per order and destination market. Tell us the destination market and the compliance route you need, and we will confirm what can be supplied with your order.
Can the two shades be switched separately?
As standard both shades are controlled together on one circuit. Separate switching can be quoted if the project needs it — tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm feasibility.
